Queen of shadows

By Sarah J. Maas

Once again, Celeana Sardothian is back in Rifthold, maybe a diffrent look or new skills, yet this time she’s back to pay a debt long overdue. She dove into her deepest darkest memories and long forgotten pain to find a way to survive.

Most importantly we saw a new side to Rowan, one that was surprisingly possessive of Aelin, he wouldn’t even let her wear another man’s signature scented oil on her own, and he’s a hero for insulting Arobynn.

It was most fun when this gang, lead by a bunch of teenagers and has a 500+ year-old a one of the members, blew up the city and it’s glass castle. It really showed us the power Aelin has.

What was also interesting was when Lysandra and Aelin Teamed up, never saw that comming.

Now this book does follow the theme of the ones before him, and it does provide multiple point of views from the different characters; and yet again the most interesting plots happen when it’s Aelin’s or Manon’s POV.

Was this book fun? Yes, would I read it again? Probably yes.
